Where do I ship my return?

Once you've sent us a Returns/Exchange request via email at info@hellovibes.com, to include your order number and contact information, you will be given instructions on how and where to ship your return. You must include the packing slip with the completed return form in order for us to properly process your return/exchange.

How should I ship my return?

All returns must be in its original sealed packaging in order to be accepted. Please also include the packing slip and return form for proper processing.
